Central and Calm Getaway

The location is wonderful, right in the city center, yet calm and pleasant. The staff are very kind and helpful. They provided an efficient service. Our room was quiet. It had a great view and long windows that opened onto a peaceful side street, overlooking a local square.

The water from the tap had an unpleasant chlorine smell. It was very difficult to even brush my teeth properly. The sink was also very slow to drain. I found this quite inconvenient. The tap wasn't tight. This caused a lot of water to accumulate on top of the sink.

The room had a modern bathroom. It included all the toiletries one might need. bathrobes and slippers. Long windows opened onto a quiet street, with a view of the local square. I found it very relaxing. The room was also very clean.

the location was amazing! i could walk everywhere easily. the breakfast was also fantastic, it had so many choices! the staff were always ready to help, so kind.

The room was a bit small. I didn't have much space for my stuff. the water pressure in the shower wasn't great. i also noticed some wear and tear on the furniture. It needs updating.

The room was spacious. I had a premium double or twin room river castle view. the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was very clean. the reception staff were very helpful. the location worked well for accessing tourist attractions, shopping, and numerous nearby restaurants.

The shower lacked consistent temperature control. It was hard to get the right balance. some days, there was no bath mat. There were no small towels provided. it needs a curtain because water escaped to the floor.
